It all started in 2022 when Heinrich Muller approached the Moreson Child and Youth Care Centre with a simple yet powerful dream—to swim 20km to raise funds for the children. His vision sparked the very first Moreson Mile, bringing together 36 swimmers to support a worthy cause.

Fast forward to 2025, and that dream has grown beyond our wildest expectations. This year, we welcomed 200 swimmers to Island Lake, all united by the spirit of giving and community.

We couldn’t let this moment pass without giving a huge shoutout to Heinrich for his passion, dedication, and heart. His dream has become a movement, helping us make a real difference in the lives of the children at Moreson Child and Youth Care Centre.
